what she means : star platinum can move at the speed of light and catch bullets fired at point blank range. the average speed of a bullet is 1,700 mph, or 2,735.885 kmh. however, it was unable to block an attack that jotaro was clearly aware of, from crazy diamond, who’s speed is only around 186.411 mph, or 300 kmh, about 5 times slower than the average bullet. why couldn’t jotaro block the attack? even though star platinums stats have dropped from part to part, it’s hard to believe it’s speed would drop so much, to not be able to catch something that is 5 times slower than a speeding bullet, which is also far slower than the speed star platinum can move at.
